1 medium onion, chopped 3 tablespoons of butter 1/2 pound of ground beef 1 teaspoon of salt 1/8 teaspoon of pepper 6 cups of chopped cabbage 1 can of tomato soup
Sauté the meat and onion. Place 3 cups of cabbage in 2 quart casserole dish, cover with meat mixture, top with remaining cabbage. Pour soup over top. Bake at 350ºF. for 1 hour.
