2 cups of cooked chicken 1 soup can full of chopped onions 1 can of cream of chicken soup 1 cup of slivered almonds salt and pepper to taste 1 cup of thinly sliced water chestnuts 1/2 cup of mayonnaise 1/2 cup of sour cream 1 cup of chopped parsley
Mix and pour in casserole. Top with crushed potato chips. Bake at 350ºF. for 1 hour, can be prepared in advance and frozen. Serve with rice or noodles. |
