| | Quick N Easy Corned Beef & Cabbage
1 small head cabbage, about 1 1/2 pounds, cored and cut into 6 wedges 1 can (12 ounces) of corned beef, sliced or 1/2 pound sliced deli corned beef 1 can (14 ounces) of sliced carrots, drained 1 can (16 ounces) of sliced potatoes, drained 1 1/3 cups of French Fried onions, divided one 10 3/4 ounce can of condensed cream of celery soup 3/4 cup of water
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Arrange cabbage wedges and corned beef slices alternately down center of a 13x8 inch baking dish. Place carrots, potatoes and 2/3 cup of French fried Onions along sides of dish. In small bowl, combine soup and water; pour over meat and vegetables. Bake, covered, at 375 for 40 minutes or until cabbage is tender. Top with remaining 2/3 cup onions; bake uncovered, 3 minutes or until onions are golden brown. Makes 4 to 6 servings |
