Creamy Chipped Beef Casserole

 

Creamy Chipped Beef Casserole

2 packages of chipped beef
1/2 package (16 ounces) of hash browns, thawed
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 cup of evaporated milk
2 tablespoons of Crisco
1 can of Durkee French fried onion rings




Snip the beef in bite size pieces. Brown in Crisco until edges curl, drain. Mix milk and soup. Add beef, hash browns and 1/2 can of onion rings. Place in 2 quart casserole dish, bake covered for 30 minutes in 350ºF. oven. Remove lid, crumble remainder of onion rings over top return to oven for 5 to 10 minutes. Note: Also good with hamburger or leftover ham
