1 cup of uncooked elbow macaroni one 10 1/2 ounce can of condensed cream of mushroom soup 1/2 cup of milk 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese 3 tablespoons of finely chopped onion 1/4 pound of dried finely chopped onion 1/4 pound of dried beef, cut into bite size pieces 2 hard cooked eggs, sliced
Heat oven to 350ºF. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Blend soup and milk. Stir in cheese, onion, drained macaroni and dried beef, fold in eggs. Pour into an ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover, bake for 30 minutes or until heated through. Serves 4 - 6 |
