Easy Beefy Casserole 1 pound of ground beef two 16 ounce  cans of tomatoes, undrained one 16 ounce can of whole kernel corn, drained 1/4 cup of sliced stuffed olives 1/2 cup of chopped green pepper 1 teaspoon of oregano 1 1/2 tablespoons of instant minced onion 1 teaspoon of salt 1/2 teaspoon of pepper 2 cups (4 ounces)uncooked noodles 1/4 cup (1 ounce) of grated Parmesan cheese Brown ground beef in a skillet; drain off excess fat. Add remaining ingredients, except cheese. Put into a 12 quart casserole. Bake, covered at 350ºF. for 25 minutes. remove cover. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes or until heated through. 6 servings
