| Ham & Noodle Casserole
2 cups of cooked ham, cubed 1/4 cup of onion, chopped 1/8 teaspoon of thyme leaves, crushed 2 tablespoons of margarine one 10 3/4 ounce can of cream of chicken soup 3/4 cup of water 2 cups of cooked noodles (5 ounces) 1 cup of canned, cut green beans, drained 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese |

In a saucepan, brown ham, cook onion with thyme in margarine, until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients, except cheese. Pour into 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350ºF. for 30 minutes. Top with cheese, bake until cheese melts, 8 minutes longer. If refrigerated before cooking, bake 45 minutes longer. |
