Ham & Rice Casserole

 

Ham & Rice Casserole

2 cups of ham, cut up in small squares
3 cups of cooked rice or 2 cups of uncooked rice
1 cup of peas, drained
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of prepared mustard
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
one 10 ounce can of cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
1/4 cup of milk




Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease a 3 quart casserole. Combine ham, rice, peas, salt, mustard, pepper, 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese, cheddar cheese soup and milk. Turn into casserole. Top with remaining 1/2 cup of cheese. Bake for 30 minutes until bubbly. If chilled before baking, bake 1 hour
