Leftover Ham & Broccoli

one 8 ounce package of medium noodles
1 1/2 cups of cooked ham, cubed
one 10 3/4 ounce can of cream of mushroom soup
1 cup of milk
1/2 cup of sour cream
one 10 ounce pkg of broccoli spears, thawed
1 cup (4 ounces) of grated sharp Cheddar cheese
one 2.8 ounce can of French fried onions
Pimiento




Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
In medium bowl, combine noodles and ham. Layer in bottom of greased 2 quart oval baking dish.
In medium saucepan, combine mushroom soup and milk; bring to boiling, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; add sour cream.
Pour soup mixture over noodles and ham. Arrange broccoli on top, spoke fashion.
Bake, covered with foil, 20 minutes. Remove from oven. Alternate grated cheese and French fried onions on top. Bake for 5 minutes, or just until cheese is melted. Garnish centered with pimiento. Makes 6 servings
