| Oven Beef Bake
2 pounds of beef stew meat, cut in 1 inch cubes 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) of condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 can (10 1/2 ounces) of condensed onion soup 1/4 cup of dry vermouth
Put meat into a 2 quart casserole . Combine mushroom soup, onion soup, and vermouth. Pour over meat. Bake, covered at 325ºF. for 3 hours or until meat is tender. Serve with hot cooked noodles. 8 servings |
