1 pound of pork sausage 1 cup of chopped onions 1 green pepper, chopped 2 cups of stewed tomatoes 2 cups of dairy sour cream 1 cup of elbow macaroni 1 teaspoon of chili powder 1 teaspoon of salt 1 tablespoon of sugar
In a large skillet fry the sausage until pink color disappears. Drain. Add onions and green peppers, cook slowly for 5 minutes. Stir in tomatoes, sour cream, macaroni, chili powder, salt and sugar. Cover. Simmer 30 minutes, stirring frequently, until macaroni is done. Serve hot. Serve with a green salad and hard rolls. Serves 6
