Seafood Casserole 1

2 - 2 1/2 pounds of cooked shrimp
2 cans of crabmeat
2 cans of water chestnuts
2 cups of sliced celery
2 cups of mayonnaise, thinned with 1/4 to 1/3 cup of sherry
Crushed Pepperidge Farm stuffing or buttered bread crumbs


Mix first 5 ingredients, cover with crumbs. Bake at 325ºF. for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serves 8 generously. Serve with fluffy white rice, and a tossed salad.
