1 can of condensed mushroom soup 1/2 cup of milk 2 tablespoons of minced parsley 1 tablespoon of instant minced onion 1/2 teaspoon of salt 2 - 3 dashes of Tabasco sauce 2 1/2 cups of cooked rice 2 cups of cooked shrimp 1 cup of corn flakes 2 tablespoons of melted butter 2 tablespoons of toasted slivered almonds, optional
Combine the soup, milk, parsley, onions, and seasonings. Add rice and shrimp, mix thoroughly. Pour into greased 10x6x2 inch baking dish. Slightly crush corn flakes, combine with melted butter and almonds, sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake at 375ºF. for about 20 minutes or until bubbly. Serves 4 - 5 |
