1/2 pound of spaghetti 2 cups of hot milk 1/4 cup of butter 2 cups of shredded Cheddar cheese 2 cups of soft bread crumbs 2 eggs, well beaten 2 tablespoons of minced onions 2 tablespoons of minced parsley 2 tablespoons of minced pimento 1 teaspoon of salt 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
Cook and drain spaghetti. Combine remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Pour into well greased 10 inch ring mold. Set in pan of hot water 1 inch deep. Bake at 350ºF. until set, about 30 minutes. Unmold on hot platter. Fill the center with choice of creamed chicken, creamed seafood or any combination of creamed vegetables.
