Spinach Casserole

 

Spinach Casserole

1 package of frozen spinach
one 8 ounce package of cream cheese
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 can of French onion rings
6 tablespoons of butter or margarine
Cracker crumbs

 

Cook the spinach according to package directions. Heat soup and cream cheese to soften. Mix with spinach. add onion rings. Pour into casserole. Melt butter, add enough cracker crumbs to absorb butter. Spread buttered crumbs on top and  bake at 350ºF. for 20 minutes.
