1 can of French style green beans, drained 1/2 cup of chopped parsley 1/2 cup of chopped green pepper 1/2 cup of sour cream 1 can of white shoepeg corn, drained 1/2 cup of chopped onion 1/4 cup of grated sharp cheese 1 1/2 cups of crushed cheese crackers 1 can of cream of mushroom soup 1/4 cup of margarine 1/2 cup of sliced almonds
Mix drained beans, corn, celery, green pepper and onion. Alternate one layer of vegetables with a layer of soup, grated cheese, then sour cream. Bake 25 minutes at 350ºF. Melt the margarine and stir in crackers and almonds. Spread this on top of casserole and cook for 10 more minutes. |
