| | Yellow Squash Casserole 2
2 medium yellow squash, peeled and sliced thin
2 eggs
salt and pepper
1/2 stick of butter
10 - 12 crackers, crushed fine
Accent
Place squash in pan with a little water and cook until tender. drain and mash. Add Accent, salt, and pepper to taste. Add eggs and butter. Mix well and place in a buttered casserole and put cracker crumbs on top. Bake at 350ºF. for 30 minutes or until slightly brown. |
