| | Chinese Cabbage Soup 2
2 cups of cooked chicken, cut into strips ( about 1 chicken breast) 7 cups of chicken broth 6 cups of sliced Chinese cabbage (celery cabbage) 1 teaspoon of soy sauce 1 teaspoon of salt 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
Combine the chicken and chicken broth, bring to a boil. Stir in remaining ingredients, cook only 3 - 4 minutes or just until cabbage is crisp tender. Do not overcook. Note: If desired lettuce may be substituted for the Chinese cabbage. Reduce cooking time to 1 minute. Makes 6 servings |
