Chinese Pork & Vegetables

1 1/4 - 1 1/2 pound of ground pork
3 carrots, sliced thin
3 - 4 stalks celery, sliced thin
1/2 green pepper in strips
1 package snow peas, frozen
1/4 cup of soy sauce
water and cornstarch for thickening
1 large onion, sliced thin
1/2 head cabbage, sliced thin
1 tablespoon of oil
1 cup of water



Brown the meat thoroughly, add soy sauce, cook until all the liquid is gone. Set aside. Put oil into pot. Add vegetables little by little, cook to desired doneness. Add water, thicken with cornstarch. add more soy sauce to taste. Mix in m eat. Serve with rice. Serves 4
