Cooked Rice & Sausages

1 cup of raw rice
1 1/2 to 1 3/4 cups of water
2 to 3 Chinese sausages, cut into 1/4 inch diagonal slices
Parsley sprigs



Cook the rice as described in rice cooking. After most of the water has been absorbed by the rice, place the sausage slices on top of rice. Cover the pan and continue cooking as directed. Place the sausage and rice in a serving bowl and garnish with parsley sprigs. 4 servings
