Roast Mutton Kebobs

1 pound of lean boneless mutton
 1/4 teaspoon of fresh ginger, chopped
 2 teaspoons of salt
 1/2 teaspoon of peppercorn

water
 1/2 teaspoon of  pepper
 1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil
 2 teaspoon of soy sauce
 1/4 teaspoon of MSG (optional)
 1/4 teaspoon of  scallions chopped



Slice the mutton very thinly. Mix together the salt, pepper, soy sauce, scallion, ginger peppercorn, water, MSG, and sesame oil, add to the mutton, stirring until well-coated. Let marinate 30 minutes for longer. Slice the mutton very thinly.
