Carrot Cake Icing

8 ounces of cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
1 stick oleo
1 box of powdered sugar
1/4 teaspoon of lemon flavoring
1/2 cup of pecans

Mix all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Ice cake when it has cooled for at least 1 hour. 

Carrot Cake Icing

1 1/2 cup of sugar
1 cup of buttermilk
1 teaspoon of soda
1 teaspoon of black walnut flavor
1 tablespoon of  Karo

Boil first 2 ingredients to soft ball stage, remove from heat and add next 3 ingredients and mix well.

1 lb. powdered sugar
One 8 ounce package of pkg. cream cheese
1/2 cup of margarine
1 teaspoon of vanilla
2 tablespoons of milk

Mix all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
