| | Tube Pan Carrot Cake
2 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour 2 cups of sugar 1 1/2 cup of oil 1/3 cup of milk 2 teaspoons of baking powder 1 teaspoon of baking soda 2 teaspoons of cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon of salt 4 eggs 3 cups of grated carrot 1 cup of chopped walnuts or pecans
Put all ingredients in large bowl and mix until smooth, then add 3 cups of grated carrots and 1 cup of chopped walnuts. Mix well and pour in a tube pan. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes at 325ºF. Frost as desired. Bestsellers in Cooking, Food & Wine |
