Milk Chocolate Frosting

3 milk chocolate candy bars, 1.55 ounces each, melted and cooled
3/4 cup of butter, softened
1 1/2 cups of confectioners' sugar
3 to 4 tablespoons of milk

In a large bowl, with mixer at low speed, beat melted chocolate and softened butter until blended. Add confectioners' sugar and 3 tablespoons of milk. Beat until smooth, adding remaining 1 tablespoon of milk as needed. Increase speed to medium high and beat for 1 minute or until fluffy. Makes 2 3/4 cups  

Milk Chocolate Frosting 2

2 1/2 cups of sugar
1 cup of evaporated milk, undiluted
1/2 cup of melted butter
One 6 ounce package of semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 cup of cream

Combine sugar, milk and butter in heavy saucepan. Cook over medium heat until small amount dropped in cold water forms a soft ball. Remove from heat. Add chocolate pieces and marshmallow cream, stirring until melted. If necessary, add small amount of milk to make spreading consistency.
