Fruit Cocktail Cake 6
2 1/4 cups of flour 2 teaspoons of baking soda 1 teaspoon of salt 1 cup of brown sugar 2 eggs 1/4 cup of soft butter or margarine 1 pound 1 ounce can of fruit cocktail, undrained 1 teaspoon of cinnamon 3/4 cup of chocolate chips |

Grease and flour a 13 x 9 x 2 inch cake pan. In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except chocolate chips. Blend at lowest mixer speed; beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour batter into greased and floured pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake at 350ºF. for 35-40 minutes. |
