Fruit Cocktail Pudding Cake

1 cup of sugar
1 1/4 cup of flour
1 teaspoon of soda
1/4 teaspoon of salt
one 16 - -18 ounce can of fruit cocktail
1 egg
1 teaspoon of vanilla

Mix above together and put in well greased and floured pan. Mix the following together and sprinkle over top: 1/2 cup of chopped nuts Bake at 350ºF. for 45 minutes.


Fruit Cocktail Pudding Cake 2

1 cup of flour
1 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of soda
1 egg
One 16 ounce fruit cocktail juice and all

Mix together the above and pour into 8 x 8 or 9 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle on top 1/3 cup brown sugar; also 1/3 cup nuts. Bake at 325ºF. for 40 minutes.

Fruit Cocktail Pudding Cake 3

1 cup of flour
1 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 beaten egg
Three 1 pound cans or 4 c. fruit cocktail, drained

Mix together flour, sugar, baking soda and salt. Add egg and fruit cocktail. Stir well; put into greased 8 x 8 inch pan. Sprinkle 1/2 cup brown sugar on top. Also 1/2 cup nuts, if desired. Bake at 300ºF. for 1 hour. Serve with ice cream.
