Hot Milk Sponge Pound Cake
1 2/3 cup of flour
2 3/4 teaspoons of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 1/2 cup of sugar
2/3 cup of shortening
3 eggs
3/4 cup of milk, scalded
2 teaspoons of vanilla
Mix ingredients together all at once. Pour into greased tube pan and bake at 350ºF. for 40-45 minutes. |
