Salad Dressing Cake 2 1/2 cups of flour
1 1/4 cup of sugar
1/3 cup of cocoa
1 1/2 teaspoons of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of salt
3/4 cup of salad dressing
1 cup of cold water
1 teaspoon of vanilla |

Sift together the flour, sugar, cocoa, soda and salt. Stir in salad dressing, cold water and vanilla, mixing well. Pour into two greased and floured 9 inch cake pans. Bake in a 400ºF. oven for 35 to 40 minutes. |
