3 cups of cooked ham, diced 2 tablespoons of prepared mustard 2 apples, cored and sliced 2 tablespoons of lemon juice 1/2 cup of brown sugar 1 teaspoon of grated orange rind 2 tablespoons of flour 1 cup of water
Put ham in pot and spread with mustard. Arrange apples over ham and sprinkle with lemon juice. Combine brown sugar, rind and flour with water and pour over contents. Cover and cook on LOW for 6- 8 hours, stirring occasionally. Serves 4 - 6
