4 pounds of corned beef 2 1/2 cups of water 3 to 4 carrots 2 onions, halved 3 potatoes, quartered 1/2 cabbage, cut in two 4 to 6 peppercorns
Soak corned beef in water overnight. Place in pot with water, chopped carrots, onion, peppercorns. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours. Add potatoes and cabbage and cook until tender. Serves 4 - 6
