| Egg & Cheese Bake 24 ounce carton of small curd cottage cheese 10 ounce package of frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese 6 eggs, beaten 1/3 cup of flour 1/4 cup of melted butter or margarine 3 tablespoons of finely chopped onion 1/2 teaspoon of salt Shredded cheese, optional
Combine the first 8 ingredients. Pour into a greased slow cooker. Cover and cook on HIGH for 1 hour. Stir. Reduce the heat to LOW. Cover and cook for 2 1/2 - 3 hours, or until the temperature reaches 160º and eggs are set. Sprinkle with cheese and serve. Makes 6 servings
