one 16 ounce can of peeled tomatoes, cut up one 6 ounce can of tomato paste 1 clove garlic, minced 2 tablespoons of minced fresh parsley 1 teaspoon of dried oregano 1/2 teaspoon of dried basil 1 teaspoon of salt 1/4 teaspoon of pepper 1/2 teaspoon of seasoned salt Cooked spaghetti grated Parmesan cheese
In a slow cooker, combine tomatoes, tomato paste, garlic, parsley, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, and seasoned salt. Cover and cook on LOW 6 to 7 hours. Serve over cooked spaghetti. Top with Parmesan cheese. Makes about 3 cups |
