Crock Pot Onion Soup
 
 1 quart of beef bouillon
 3 cups of onion, sliced
 1/4 cup of butter
 1 teaspoon of salt
 1 tablespoon of sugar
 2 tablespoons of flour
 1/4 cup of dry Vermouth or Cognac
 1 cup of Parmesan cheese



 Pour bouillon in crock, cover, set on high. Cook onions in large skillet in butter for about 15 minutes. Add sugar, this will brown them. Add to crock and cook for 3 hours.
