2 cups of orange juice 1/2 cup of barley 1/4 cup of dried currants 1/4 cup of dried apricots, halved 1/4 cup of chopped dates 1 apple, peeled, cored and chopped walnuts or pecans
In a slow cooker, combine all ingredients. Cover and cook on LOW 3 to 4 hours. Serve warm. Makes 6 to 8 servings |
