Crock Pot Potato Soup 6 potatoes 2 onions 1 carrot 1 stalk celery 5 cups of water 1 tablespoon of salt Pepper 1/3 cup of margarine 4 chicken bouillon cubes 1 tablespoon of parsley flakes One 13 ounce can of milk Chopped chives
Chop the vegetables. In a crock pot combine the vegetables, water, salt, pepper, margarine, bouillon cubes and parsley flakes. Cook for 10 to 12 hours on LOW. Stir in the milk and chives at least 1 hour before serving.
