cups of cooked rice
1 1/2 cups of evaporated milk
2/3 cup of brown or white sugar
3 tablespoons of soft butter
2 teaspoons of vanilla
1/2 to 1 teaspoon of nutmeg
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 - 1 cup of raisins
Mix all of the ingredients together. Pour into a lightly
greased slow cooker. Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 hours or on LOW 4 - 6
hours. Stir after the first hour. Serve warm or cold. Makes 6 servings
