| | Scalloped Potatoes
1/2 cup of butter 4 large potatoes, sliced 2 1/2 teaspoons of salt 1/2 teaspoon of pepper 2/3 cup of cream
Butter the bottom of the crockery pot. Arrange the potatoes in layers, dotting each layer with butter and sprinkling with salt and pepper. Pour the cream over the top. Cover and cook on HIGH setting for three to four hours. Serves 4 |
