| Vegetable Beef Stew 1 - 1 1 /2 pound soup bone 1 pound stewing beef cubes 1 1/2 quarts of cold water 1 tablespoon of salt 3/4 cup of diced celery 3/4 cup of diced carrots 3/4 cup of diced potatoes 3/4 cup of diced onion 1 cup of frozen mixed vegetables of your choice 1 can of tomatoes 1/8 teaspoon of pepper 1 Tablespoon of chopped dried parsley Place all of the ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover. Cook on LOW for 8 - 10 hours. Remove the bone before servings. Makes 6 servings |
