Vegetable Soup46 ounces of can of tomato juice
5 beef bouillon cubes
4 celery ribs, sliced
4 large carrots, sliced
1 onion, chopped
1/4 head of cabbage, chopped
1 pound can of green beans
2 cups of water
1 pound of beef stewing meat, browned
4 ounce can of sliced mushrooms
Combine all of the ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover. Cook on LOW for 8 hours or until the meat and vegetables are tender.
