Low Calorie Spice Pan Cake

Categories: Low Calorie, Spice Cake, Raisins

1 1/2 cup of flour
1 cup of  sugar
1 teaspoon of  baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
6 tablespoons of  canola oil Basic-Recipes.com
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup of  applesauce
1/2 cup of raisins




Sift all dry ingredients into an 8 x 8 inch or 9 x 9 inch square pan (ungreased). Make 4 holes in dry mixture. Add remaining ingredients in each well. Mix well. Bake at 350ºF.  for 35 minutes. Cool in pan.
