No sugar, No honey, No sugar substitute 1/3 cup of mashed banana 1/2 cup of butter, soften 3 large eggs 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract 1 1/4 cup of water 3 cups of white flour 1 teaspoon of baking soda 2 teaspoons of baking powder 1 1/2 cup of chopped dates
TOPPING: 1/3 cup of chopped dates 1/3 cup of chopped walnuts 1/3 cup of coconut
Beat together mashed banana and butter until creamy. Add eggs, vanilla extract and water beat in flour, baking soda, baking powder and beat well. Stir in 1 1/2 cup chopped dates. Spoon batter into greased 9 x 13 baking pan. Spread batter evenly in pan. Combine topping and sprinkle over batter. Bake at 350ºF. for 20 to 25 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
