Low Calorie Eggless Applesauce Cake

1 cup of applesauce, unsweetened
1 teaspoon of soda
1 cup of sugar Basic-Recipes.com
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon of cloves
1/4 teaspoon of  allspice
1 cup of raisins
1 1/2 cup of flour
1/2 cup of margarine




Put applesauce in bowl, add soda, sugar and spices. Soften margarine and add. Stir raisins and flour together and mix into applesauce mixture and pour into greased 9 inch square pan. Bake at 350ºF.  for 1/2 hour or until it pulls away from sides of pan. * My family preferred it without any frosting.
