Turkey Meat Loaf

1 egg
1/4 cup of  ketchup
2 teaspoons of prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon of  basil
1/2 teaspoon of  thyme
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
3 1/2 cups of  (6 slices) soft bread crumbs
1 cup of boiling water
2 pounds of  ground turkey
2 beef bouillon cubes (low sodium)
1/2 cup of shredded Cheddar-Swiss cheese combination
1/2 cup of onion, chopped
1/2 cup of  celery, chopped

Beat egg lightly in large bowl. Add ketchup, mustard, basil, thyme, and pepper and mix thoroughly. Add bread crumbs. Dissolve bouillon in boiling water and add to mixture. Let cool. Stir in cheese, celery, and onion. Break up ground turkey and add to bowl. Mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape into loaf and bake at 375ºF. for 1 hour. Serves 12.
