Low Calorie Low Sodium Chicken & Rice

4 skinned chicken breasts
2 cups of uncooked minute rice
1/2 stick of unsalted margarine
2 cups of  unsalted tomatoes with juice
1/2 cup of  chicken broth
1 cup of chopped celery
1 medium onion, sliced thin
Pepper to taste
1 teaspoon of  sage
1 teaspoon of parsley

Place chicken breast in casserole dish with margarine. Cover and cook in microwave 15 minutes on high. Remove chicken leaving remainder of margarine and broth. Place rest of ingredients in dish and cook on high for 20 minutes covered. Place chicken on top of rice mixture and cook 10 minutes longer. Serve with green beans and salad.
