1 chicken 1 large package of spaghetti 8 slices no fat cheese 1 can of cream of mushroom soup 1 can of cream of chicken soup 1 can of chopped green chilies 1 onion 1 bell pepper 1 1/2 cups of chicken brothFrom the kitchen of Basic-Recipes.com
Boil chicken, debone and chop into pieces. Save chicken broth. Chop onion and bell pepper and sauté them in Pam cooking spray. Mix in cans of soup, green chilies and chicken broth. Let simmer a few minutes then add chicken. Boil spaghetti until very tender. Layer chicken mixture and spaghetti in large baking dish sprayed with Pam. Cover the top with slices of no fat cheese. Bake at 350ºF. for approximately 30 minutes.
