Low Calorie Parmesan Oven Fried Chicken

Categories: Low Calorie, Parmesan, Fried Chicken, Chicken Breast

1/2 cup of  fine, dry bread crumbs
2 tablespoons of parsley
1/4 teaspoon of  pepper
1/4 cup of  Italian reduced calorie salad dressing
1/3 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon of garlic salt
6 chicken breast halves, about 3 lbs., skinned



Combine first 5 ingredients; set aside. Dip chicken in salad dressing. Dredge in bread crumb mixture. Place chicken breast bone side down in a 13 x 9 inch baking dish that has been lightly greased. Bake uncovered at 350ºF. for 45 minutes or until tender. Yield 6 servings. (About 232 calories per serving.)
