Low Calorie Turkey Loaf

Categories: Low Calorie, Green Pepper, Ground Turkey

1 pound of  fresh ground turkey
1 egg
1/2 - 3/4 cup of cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
3 tablespoons of catsup; optional
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons of oil
1 cup of chopped onion
1/2 cup of chopped celery
1/2 cup of  green pepper
1/2 teaspoon of thyme
1/2 teaspoon of poultry seasoning
1/8 teaspoon of pepper



Mix eggs and sauces. Mix seasoning with cracker crumbs. Sauté onion, green pepper, and celery in 3 tablespoons oil. Mix all together with a fork. Bake in loaf pan at 350ºF.  for 1 hour.
