Low Calorie Breakfast In A Glass

1 cup of cold skim milk
1/2 cup of  orange juice
1 egg
1/8 teaspoon of  salt
1 tablespoon of sugar or artificial sweetener to taste

Combine all ingredients in blender and process until frothy. Yield 1 serving.
