Low Calorie Summer Cooler

1 1/2 cup of plain low-fat yogurt
1 cup of  ice water
1 tablespoons of  lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon of  mint flavoring
1 cup of  melon chunks

Mix all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve. One serving (one cup) = 1/2 low-fat milk exchanges, 1 fruit exchange, 70 calories.
