Low Calorie Sunshine Fruit Shake

Categories: Low Calorie, Fruit, Shake, Pineapple, Strawberries, Bananas

1 pound of  crushed pineapple (unsweetened) including juice
1 pound. (1/2 qt.) of sliced peaches in light syrup
10 ounces. wt. (2 c.) strawberries (fresh or frozen) halved or sliced
1 1/4 pound of bananas, very ripe, sliced
1 cup of  nonfat dry milk powder
1 pint of cold water
2 teaspoons of lemon juice
Honey or other artificial sweetener (optional) to taste

Combine all undrained fruits with powdered milk in a blender or food processor. (You may have to combine ingredients in a bowl and do the blending in batches.) Blend until smooth, gradually adding water. Add lemon juice. Chill for 2 to 3 hours before serving. Serving size: 3/4 cup for 12 servings.

NUTRITIONAL ANALYSIS (per serving): 89 calories, 1 g. fat, 1 mg. cholesterol, 33 mg. sodium. Dietary
